Recharge & Recenter: A Guided Outdoor Nature Experience
A guided nature experience designed to help you slow down, reset, then return to your responsibilities with renewed energy and perspective. Through mindfulness, guided observation, and creative reflection, participants are invited to step away from daily demands, notice the natural world more deeply, and reconnect with their environment to create a sense of balance.
